Description:            Two large, traditional white crosses on the side of a lonely stretch of freeway.  These ones sport painted lettering with a nifty red “star” design in the middle of both crosses.  Crosses are placed on the opposite side of a barbed wire fence on farmland.

Analysis:                 This is a very easy road to drive.  The freeway is separated with two lanes in each direction and is pretty much a straight shot.  I suspect the driver of the doomed vehicle was lulled to sleep by the monotonous landscape.  While on autopilot, the car careened off the road, tumbled into the farms irrigation ditch, and burst into flames.  Angela and Memorie probably woke up just in time to die.
